Please note, I make no guarantees on any of these programs. R8PC is the actual software from Drake, and which has been made freely available by the R.L. Drake company. ERGO is commercial software and should have support available. FineWare SmartR8 Control is an excellent freeware program; however, it is no longer available from the author, nor is support available any longer. Also, Scancat (see link above) works very nicely with the R-8; I've been using it for several years.
